\u57282023\u5e74\u672b\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u5927\u773e\u7684\u7126\u9ede\uff0c\u7686\u56e0\u7576\u6642\u70ba\u5169\u9805\u7da0\u8272\u653f\u7b56\u5373\u5c07\u843d\u5be6\u2014\u2014\u5783\u573e\u5fb5\u8cbb\u548c\u7ba1\u5236\u5373\u68c4\u5851\u81a0\u7684\u6cd5\u4f8b\u3002\u9762\u5c0d\u9019\u5169\u9805\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u793e\u6703\u4e0a\u5c55\u958b\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\u8a0e\u8ad6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u52de\u5de5\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3001\u653f\u7b56\u914d\u5957\u7684\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u73fe\u5be6\u4e2d\u76f8\u95dc\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u914d\u5957\u6311\u6230\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u554f\u984c\u4e26\u4e0d\u80fd\u7acb\u5373\u89e3\u6c7a\uff0c\u800c\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u843d\u5be6\u4e5f\u8b93\u9019\u4e9b\u554f\u984c\u986f\u73fe\u51fa\u4f86\u3002\u7e31\u4f7f\u5783\u573e\u5fb5\u8cbb\u6700\u5f8c\u66ab\u7de9\uff0c\u4ea6\u70ba\u672a\u4f86\u9999\u6e2f\u6e1b\u5ee2\u9053\u8def\u4e0a\u63d0\u4f9b\u73cd\u8cb4\u7684\u8a0e\u8ad6\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u8a0e\u8ad6\u7da0\u8272\u653f\u7b56\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u9700\u8981\u8d85\u8d8a\u5be6\u65bd\u6216\u57f7\u884c\u4e0a\u7684\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u9084\u8981\u601d\u8003\u5982\u4f55\u505a\u51fa\u771f\u5be6\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u8b93\u9019\u4e9b\u6539\u8b8a\u9806\u5229\u767c\u751f\u3002\n

\n\u5728\u5168\u7403\u71df\u5546\u7684\u5927\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\uff0cSDGs\uff08\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19\uff09\u548cESG\uff08\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u793e\u6703\u53ca\u4f01\u696d\u7ba1\u6cbb\uff09\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u65e5\u76ca\u666e\u53ca\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u5df2\u7d93\u958b\u59cb\u505a\u51fa\u66f4\u591a\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u4e26\u627f\u64d4\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u793e\u6703\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u4f46\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\uff0c\u63a8\u884c\u9019\u4e9b\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u8209\u63aa\u80cc\u5f8c\u9084\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u5be6\u969b\u56e0\u7d20\u5728\u62c9\u626f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u76c8\u5229\u9700\u6c42\u548c\u6210\u672c\u8003\u91cf\u3002\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u8003\u91cf\u4e2d\u53d6\u5f97\u5e73\u8861\uff1f\u793e\u6703\u662f\u5426\u64c1\u6709\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u6280\u8853\u3001\u79d1\u6280\u6216\u6750\u6599\u4f86\u652f\u6301\u8f49\u578b\uff1f\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u904b\u7528\u9019\u4e9b\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u50ac\u5316\u4e0d\u540c\u6301\u4efd\u8005\u9032\u5165\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u8b70\u7a0b\u4e4b\u5167\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u9999\u6e2f\u7da0\u8272\u8f49\u578b\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff08Green Capacity Building\uff09\u3002\n

\n\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u653f\u5e9c\u843d\u5be6\u300c\u7ba1\u5236\u5373\u68c4\u5851\u81a0\u9910\u5177\u53ca\u7522\u54c1\u300d\u6cd5\u4f8b\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u793e\u6703\u5275\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6709\u5e78\u8207\u7f8e\u5fc3\u96c6\u5718\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u69cb\u601d\u53ca\u7b56\u5283\u300cBest with Less\uff1a\u9999\u6e2f\u5927\u5c08\u98f2\u98df\u696d\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u5305\u88dd\u8a2d\u8a08\u6bd4\u8cfd\u300d\uff0c\u904b\u7528\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u5275\u610f\u70ba\u7f8e\u5fc3\u96c6\u5718\u65d7\u4e0b\u9910\u5ef3\u8a2d\u8a08\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u5916\u8ce3\u5bb9\u5668\uff0c\u4ee5\u6b64\u6bd4\u8cfd\u70ba\u5951\u6a5f\uff0c\u9023\u7d50\u5b78\u8853\u754c\u3001\u751f\u7522\u5546\u3001\u9910\u5ef3\u3001\u8a2d\u8a08\u5e2b\u3001\u524d\u7dda\u8077\u5de5\u3001\u74b0\u4fdd\u5718\u9ad4\u7b49\u4e0d\u540c\u6301\u4efd\u8005\uff0c\u5f9e\u591a\u89d2\u5ea6\u63a2\u8a0e\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u9910\u98f2\u96c6\u5718\u7684\u7d93\u71df\u8003\u91cf\uff0c\u8a2d\u8a08\u5e2b\u5982\u4f55\u601d\u8003\u7da0\u8272\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u9910\u5177\u7684\u5de5\u5ee0\u5982\u4f55\u770b\u5f85\u5168\u7403\u548c\u672c\u5730\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u8f49\u578b\uff0c\u5b78\u751f\u7d50\u5408\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u8207\u4eba\u6587\u85dd\u8853\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u5be6\u8e10\uff0c\u74b0\u4fdd\u5718\u9ad4\u5247\u70ba\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u95dc\u65bc\u6e1b\u5851\u8207\u74b0\u4fdd\u7684\u7406\u8ad6\u8996\u89d2\u53ca\u5168\u7403\u8996\u91ce\uff0c\u5f9e\u7d93\u6fdf\u3001\u793e\u6703\u3001\u6587\u5316\u7b49\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u5207\u5165\u672c\u6e2f\u6e1b\u5ee2\u53ca\u6e1b\u5851\u8b70\u984c\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u5982\u4f55\u8b93\u63a8\u9032\u5168\u6c11\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u8f49\u578b\u3002\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u653f\u7b56\u4e0a\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u8b93\u5e02\u6c11\u80fd\u5920\u53c3\u8207\u548c\u4ecb\u5165\u5230\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\n\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\nAt the end of 2023, environmental policies in Hong Kong became the focus of public attention due to the impending implementation of two major green initiatives: the waste charging scheme and the regulation of disposable plastics. These policies sparked extensive discussions in society, including concerns about labor issues, insufficient policy support, and practical challenges related to existing infrastructure. While these problems cannot be resolved immediately, the implementation of these policies has brought them to light. Although the waste charging scheme was eventually postponed, it provided valuable insights for future discussions on Hong Kong\u2019s waste reduction efforts. However, when discussing green policies, we need to look beyond implementation challenges and consider how to make genuine changes and how to ensure these changes happen smoothly.\n

\nIn the global business landscape, concepts such as SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) have become increasingly prevalent. Companies and businesses are starting to make more sustainable changes and take responsibility for the environment and society. In practice, however, there are many competing factors behind these sustainable development initiatives, such as profitability and cost considerations. How can we strike a balance between these factors? Does society have the necessary technology, expertise, or materials to support this transition? More importantly, how can we use these opportunities to engage different stakeholders in the sustainable development agenda and enhance Hong Kong’s capacity for green transformation (Green Capacity Building).\n

\nAgainst the backdrop of the Hong Kong government implementing the \u201cRegulation on Disposable Plastic Tableware and Products,\u201d CSIS was fortunate to collaborate with Maxim\u2019s Group to co-design and plan the \u201cBest with Less: Hong Kong Tertiary Sustainable Packaging Design Competition.\u201d This competition harnesses students\u2019 creativity to design sustainable takeaway containers for Maxim\u2019s Group\u2019s restaurants. It serves as a platform to connect different stakeholders, including academia, manufacturers, restaurants, designers, and frontline workers, to explore sustainable development from multiple perspectives. This includes examining the business considerations of food and beverage groups, how designers approach green issues, and how factories that produce disposable tableware perceive both global and local green transitions. By addressing waste and plastic reduction from economic, social, and cultural angles, the project aims to advance a comprehensive green transition across society\u2014not just through policy changes but by enabling citizens to actively participate and integrate these changes into their daily lives.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
