Plastic waste
- We study and promote the reduction of plastic waste in local communities, such as the wet markets, through conducting action research. Our action research projects engage students, consumers, businesses, artists and video producers for innovative solutions.
Platform and EM labour
- As a business innovation, platform companies come with an unfulfilled promise of flexibility and autonomy for workers. We look into this new form of work through the perspective of food delivery, good delivery and care workers, paying particular attention to the experience of ethnic minorities.
Agriculture
- We explore local farming practises that promote sustainability and transformation of the traditional consumer-producer relations through a diverse range of life-style movements.
